Timezones
Your workspace timezone controls how Bnder interprets entered times and displays shared dates across the app, bots, reminders, tickets, and calendar.
Choose a workspace timezone
- Open Workspace Settings.
- Open the date, time, or regional settings.
- Search for the nearest city in your timezone.
- Select the timezone and let the setting save.
Bnder uses city-based timezone names such as Europe/Berlin,
America/New_York, and Asia/Tokyo. City-based timezones apply daylight
saving changes automatically.
The selector in Workspace Settings is the current list of supported timezones. Using the selector is more reliable than copying a timezone name from a static list.
What the setting affects
The workspace timezone is used for:
- Shared task and event dates
- Deadline and reminder timing
- Calendar and booking availability
- Ticket analytics and SLA calculations
- The definition of today in shared reports
Your device timezone can differ from the workspace timezone. When that happens, shared workspace workflows continue to follow the workspace setting.
Date appearance is configured separately. See Date Formats and Preferences.
