Create and Manage Booking Links
This guide explains how to create, edit, and share booking links in Bnder.
Create a booking link
- Open the App.
- Go to Settings for your workspace.
- Open the Calendar section.
- Find Booking links.
- Click Create booking link.
- Configure the options and save.
Booking link settings
Each booking link has its own settings. Typical options include:
- Name: A label shown in the booking list and on the booking page.
- Slot duration: The length of each booking slot.
- Meeting link: Optional static URL used as the event location and included in confirmations.
- Auto-confirm: If enabled, bookings are confirmed immediately.
- Minimum notice: The shortest time before a slot can be booked.
- Maximum advance: How far into the future someone can book.
- Limits per day/week: Optional caps for how many bookings a link can accept.
Share the link
After saving, Bnder shows the full link URL. The URL uses your Bnder Page domain:
- If you have a custom page domain, the booking link uses that domain.
- If not, Bnder provides a default booking URL.
Edit or delete a link
In the booking links list you can:
- Edit a link to change duration, limits, or confirmation settings.
- Regenerate a link to rotate its public URL.
- Delete a link to disable it immediately.
Regenerating a booking link keeps the booking-link settings but creates a new public key for the URL. Share the new URL after regenerating; anyone with the old URL can no longer use that old link.
Paid-seat limits
The maximum number of booking links per workspace depends on the active paid seats in that workspace.
- No paid seats: basic booking links with the smallest workspace limit
- Starter seats: higher booking-link capacity for basic usage
- Pro seats: higher limits plus advanced booking rules and longer advance windows
If you reach the limit, delete an existing link or add more paid seats.
