Limits
To prevent spam and abuse, Bnder uses a mix of technical limits and plan-based workspace limits.
Technical limits
These limits apply regardless of plan:

Plan-based workspace limits
Workspace limits such as projects, storage, labels, topics, milestones, public documents, booking links, API usage, and event invitees depend on:
- the workspace plan
- the number of paid seats

Plan highlights
- Free keeps the basic workspace.
- Starter raises the limits most teams hit first and unlocks search, subscribers, full task comments/history, AI label/todo suggestions, auto labeling, and task comment attachments.
- Pro keeps the advanced operational limits and adds the Pro-only workflow features.
