CRM imports, exports, and reports

Use CSV to bring customer data into Bnder, export a working list, or review customer trends in Reports. Preview imports and merges before applying changes.

Import CSV data

Upload the CSV through Files and wait for the malware scan to finish. In CRM → Integrations, configure CSV, search for the clean file by name, choose an optional stable ID column, then map and preview the import. Internal file IDs are selected automatically and never need to be entered.

The preview estimates creates, exact matches, updates, conflicts, and skips without changing CRM data. Free allows one completed import per CSV connection, with up to 25 rows. Starter accepts up to 1,000 rows per job and Pro up to 10,000. CSV does not consume provider-connector capacity.

Export and merge

Export a saved view or selected table rows as CSV on any plan, including Free, with the required workspace access. Detailed customer data exports and merging People or Organizations require the acting member to have a Starter or Pro seat plus the matching workspace permission. Custom Records cannot be merged. Merge always starts with a preview and requires conflicts to be resolved before applying it.

After merging People or Organizations, edit the remaining customer. The old customer is retained as history and cannot be edited or restored, including from an older open form. Normal edits and forms preserve archive state for People, Organizations, and Records; use the previewed Archive or Restore action to change it explicitly.

Customer lists and saved views load in small pages, so workspaces with tens of thousands of People or Organizations remain responsive. Saved-view filters and sorting apply to the whole workspace, not only the rows currently visible. Use the previous and next controls below a saved view to move between pages.

Reports

Changing the reporting period or refreshing shows a loading placeholder until the new results arrive. If loading fails, the error remains visible; use Refresh to retry. A failed request is not reported as an empty period.

Reports show aggregate data and never return customer records or provider payloads. Free shows basic People, Organization, and Record totals. Starter adds workflow metrics, status and Segment breakdowns, and trends. Pro adds health, automation failures, approvals, Virtual Coworker failures, connector operations, and import detail. Reports load only the sections included in your workspace plan; unavailable sections do not delay the report.

Choose a reporting range of 30, 90, or 365 days. Use saved views when you need a filtered operational list rather than an aggregate report.

On a phone, the reporting period and Refresh controls appear below the report heading so the explanation and first metrics remain readable on short screens.

Automation run history identifies each run by its automation name before showing status, version, date, and attempts. Older runs whose definition is no longer available keep a status-and-version fallback.

People, Organization, and Record totals match the active entries in their CRM lists, including older entries created before archiving metadata was introduced. Trend points are read-only summaries for keyboard and screen-reader users.

Unavailable integrations

Choose Get Help on an unavailable integration to read the full explanation, including on a phone. Reading this help does not connect or authorize the provider. If the integration is not enabled, ask your workspace administrator or Bnder support; members do not need deployment details.

On a phone, scroll the integration setup dialog to reach Cancel or the authorization action. Reading or cancelling setup does not authorize a provider. If setup is incomplete, the missing field is marked and focused so you can fix it without searching through the form.

If you change setup and then close it, Bnder asks before discarding the draft. Choose Cancel to keep editing or Discard draft to leave without connecting the provider.
