Workspace Search

Workspace search opens an app-wide command palette for quickly finding work across the current workspace.

Use either shortcut from the main app shell:

  • Ctrl/Cmd + K
  • / when your cursor is not inside a text field

You can also use the search button in the app header.

What search can find

Search can include:

  • tasks
  • tickets
  • calendar events
  • documents
  • file names and supported extracted file content

Results from supported object types are mixed into one ranked list, so exact, recent, or more relevant matches can appear above weaker matches from another category.

File results can come from cloud files, task attachments, ticket attachments, and images with readable text. Bnder indexes only files that passed the workspace file scan.

Keyboard navigation

  • Use the arrow keys to move through results.
  • Press Enter to open the selected result.
  • Press Esc to close search.

Filter buttons let you narrow the result type when you already know what you are looking for.

Seat requirements

Some search-backed workflows depend on paid-seat features. If search is unavailable for a workspace or seat, Bnder shows the related upgrade or unavailable state instead of returning empty results without explanation.
