My Day

My Day is the fastest way to start from your own current work instead of a full project board.

It combines your calendar timeline with task sections for work assigned directly to you or to one of your People teams, plus unresolved tickets assigned to you in projects you manage.

What My Day shows

  • Calendar timeline: today's calendar schedule for the selected workspace.
  • Overdue tasks: open assigned tasks with a deadline before today.
  • Today's tasks: open assigned tasks with a deadline today.
  • My unresolved tickets: open customer requests assigned to you in ticket projects you can manage, with quick links into the project queue.
  • Other tasks: the newest open assigned tasks without a deadline, limited to the most recent items so the page stays focused.

Tasks that are already in a project column marked as done are hidden from My Day.

Tickets not assigned to you and tickets in resolved or rejected statuses are hidden from the unresolved ticket section.

Team assignments

My Day includes tasks assigned to People teams you belong to, including inherited team membership.

If a task appears because of a team assignment, changes to that team's membership can change who sees the task in My Day.

Using My Day well

  • Start with Overdue tasks to clear missed deadlines.
  • Use Today's tasks for work with a deadline today.
  • Review My unresolved tickets to spot your assigned customer requests.
  • Check Other tasks for assigned work that does not yet have a date.
  • Open a task from My Day when you need the full task popup, comments, attachments, custom fields, or linked tickets.
  • Open a ticket project from My Day when you need the full ticket queue, status filters, or ticket details.

When something is missing

Check these items if a task does not appear:

  • the task is assigned to you or one of your People teams
  • the task is not in a project column marked as done
  • the task is in a project you can view
  • the task has the expected deadline, or no deadline for the Other tasks section

Check these items if a ticket project does not appear:

  • you have permission to manage tickets in that project
  • the project has at least one ticket assigned to you that is not resolved or rejected
  • ticket statuses are configured correctly in ticket settings
