CRM integrations

Built-in integrations such as Stripe and Square import customers with working standard field mappings. Later provider events update fields that still contain the last imported value. If someone edits or clears a field in Bnder, that manual value is preserved.

Custom field mapping is optional. Use it only to add provider-specific fields beyond the standard customer name, email, and phone fields.

OAuth integrations refresh access automatically, including rotated provider credentials. If a provider revokes access, Bnder asks an administrator to sign in again.
