Manage the subscription

We offer a subscription-based service to access premium features in the app and our discord bots. This page will help you understand how subscriptions work and how you can manage them.

What is a subscription?

A subscription is a recurring payment that you make to access premium features in the app and our discord bots. It is a monthly payment that you can cancel at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to premium features at the end of the billing cycle.

What are premium seats?

Premium seats are the number of users that can access premium features in the app and our discord bots. With a subscription you buy a certain number of premium seats. You can add or remove premium seats at any time.

You can manage the users that have access to premium features in the app by adding or removing them from the premium seats list. To manage your premium seats, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Choose the server you want to buy a subscription for.
3. Click on the Settings Icon in the sidebar.
4. Select the Premium Seats tab.
5. Click on an empty seat to add a user or click on a user to remove them.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

To upgrade your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Choose the server you want to buy a subscription for.
3. Click on the Settings Icon in the sidebar.
4. Select the Premium Seats tab.
5. Click on the Manage Subscription button. This will redirect you to the customer portal.
6. Click on the Update Plan button.
7. Choose the amount of premium seats you want to buy.

Where can I see my invoices?

To see your invoices, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Choose the server you want to buy a subscription for.
3. Click on the Settings Icon in the sidebar.
4. Select the Premium Seats tab.
5. Click on the Manage Subscription button. This will redirect you to the customer portal.
6. You can see your invoices in the Invoice History at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my payment method?

To change your payment method, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Choose the server you want to buy a subscription for.
3. Click on the Settings Icon in the sidebar.
4. Select the Premium Seats tab.
5. Click on the Manage Subscription button. This will redirect you to the customer portal.
6. Click on the Payment Method tab.
7. Click on the Add Payment Method button.
8. Enter your payment details and click on the Save button.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription while being a server member

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Choose the server you want to buy a subscription for.
3. Click on the Settings Icon in the sidebar.
4. Select the Premium Seats tab.
5. Click on the Manage Subscription button.
6. Click on the Cancel Plan button.

Server owners can also cancel the subscription, even if they are not the user who bought it. This will cancel the subscription immediately and remove all premium features from the server. The prorated amount will be refunded to the user who bought the subscription.

Canceling your subscription while not being a server member

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Open the App and log in.
2. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
3. Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the Manage Subscription next to the server you want to cancel the subscription for.
5. Click on the Cancel Plan button.

The subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
